Charli XCX wears Vinted secondhand finds on her Music, Fashion, Film tour
The singer and her stylist Chris Horan are sourcing pre-loved pieces from the resale platform for her concert wardrobe, and will sell items from her personal archive on Vinted starting November 16.

Charli XCX has partnered with Vinted, the secondhand fashion marketplace, to incorporate pre-loved pieces into her wardrobe for her “Music, Fashion, Film” tour. Working alongside her longtime stylist Chris Horan, the singer has drawn vintage and secondhand items from Vinted sellers to wear throughout the concerts.
“I’ve always loved the idea that clothes can have more than one life,” Charli told WWD exclusively. “The Saint Laurent dress had a huge moment on stage in Paris, then came with me to my wedding after party. Why should a dress only get one night?”
Tour wardrobe sourced from Vinted
Horan searched Vinted using keywords including “distressed,” “Gothic” and “flounce” to locate pieces for the tour. The finds include an early-2000s Christian Audigier design that was adapted into a concert dress for Austin City Limits, as well as a sheer gray blouse worn during the San Diego show and a black Roberto Cavalli gown that appeared at the Academy Gala after-party in Los Angeles and during the tour’s closing performance in Las Vegas. Another discovery, a floor-length Donna Karan dress, has not yet debuted on stage.
Charli described her approach to fashion as blending vintage and contemporary pieces. “Vintage and second-hand are a huge part of my style,” she said, according to The Industry.fashion. “Chris and I love mixing older, iconic pieces with newer things. I think it makes a look feel more personal to me and always takes us to a more unexpected place.”
Archive sale launches November 16
On November 16, Charli will open her closet on Vinted, offering a curated selection of pieces from her archive and tour wardrobe for purchase in the UK, US and Australia. The sale will include items she has worn on stage, secondhand finds sourced by Horan, and pieces from her personal collection. Brands represented in the sale range from Emporio Armani and Seven For All Mankind to Zadig & Voltaire, Gap and R&M Leathers, among others.
All proceeds from the sales will benefit Rainbow Railroad, an international organisation supporting LGBTQIA+ people facing persecution. “Once I have my moment wearing something, I like to pass it on because ya never know who’s gonna wear it next… maybe a pop star,” Charli said. “Some were found on Vinted in the first place, worn on stage, and are now going back out into the world. Which feels like a full circle.”
Strategic alignment for the platform
Vinted described Charli as an ideal partner for the brand. Jessie de la Merced, the company’s vice president of corporate affairs, noted that the singer’s dedication to secondhand and archival fashion aligned naturally with Vinted’s mission. According to the company, Charli has consistently incorporated pre-loved pieces into her concert and red-carpet appearances alongside Horan.
The partnership comes as secondhand resale expands its share of the fashion market. According to The Industry.fashion, Vinted reported a 38 percent increase in revenue to €1.1 billion in 2025, while the gross merchandise value traded on its platform climbed 47 percent to €10.8 billion.
