Victoria’s Secret revives Fantasy Bra with $22 million diamond centerpiece
The iconic lingerie accessory makes its runway debut after an eight-year absence at the 2026 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, created with Jacob Co. and featuring a $22 million Angel-cut diamond.

Victoria’s Secret has revived the Fantasy Bra, the brand’s signature million-dollar runway piece, for the first time since 2018. The 2026 edition debuted at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on October 18, created in collaboration with jewelry designer Jacob Co.
The centerpiece is an Angel-cut diamond valued at $22 million, according to the jewelry designer at Jacob Co. The bra features the stone with additional diamonds described as “hanging all the way around,” marking what the designer presented as a first-of-its-kind design for this diamond cut. The official total price of the completed bra has not been disclosed.
A storied runway tradition
The Fantasy Bra carries particular prestige within Victoria’s Secret’s ecosystem. Wearing it has historically represented the highest honor bestowed at the annual fashion show. The last Angel to wear the bra was Elsa Hosk in 2018, before the show entered a multi-year hiatus.
The Red Hot bra worn by Bündchen in 2000 set the previous benchmark at $15 million. Notably, that piece appeared only in the brand’s catalog, as the Fantasy Bra runway debut tradition did not officially commence until 2001. Across the show’s history, several Angels have worn the bra on multiple occasions, among them Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima, Heidi Klum, Tyra Banks, and Karolina Kurkova.
Craftsmanship and design heritage
The creation process for a Fantasy Bra typically demands extensive collaboration and technical precision. A precedent for this level of commitment came in 2016, when designer Eddie Borgo created the “Bright Night” Fantasy Bra worn by Jasmine Tookes. That $3 million piece incorporated 9,000 precious gemstones and required nearly 700 hours of craftwork by a team of specialists. The bra featured emeralds and white diamond studs totaling more than 450 carats, set in 18-karat gold with layered, bejeweled body chains.
The process included a 3-D body scan of Tookes’s torso and a plaster mold to ensure a perfect fit before construction began. Tookes became the third Black supermodel chosen to wear the Fantasy Bra, following Tyra Banks and Selita Ebanks, bringing what Borgo described as “modernity to the 20-year tradition.”
The wearer remains undisclosed
Victoria’s Secret has not yet announced which Angel will wear the 2026 Fantasy Bra on the runway. The brand teased the debut with a behind-the-scenes social media video on October 15, three days before the show.
